Honestly it was really simple. You crank up the heat and leave the steak on the grates and flip every 2 minutes. It's that simple.

Great idea! The pallet smoker is the closest to the oven excluding the smoke flavor

Great comparison video. I have been considering getting a Gozney. Which one do you have? Do you love it? And how long does a normal size propane tank last (20lb)?

It is brand new so I have not cleaned it yet. But my reco is to clean the inside after every couple cooks.
