Grilled Chicken And Steak Rice Bowl!!
Yum!!
I used chicken thighs and skirt steak, but you can use whatever you'd like.
I marinated each in a different 'Asian' inspired sauce - Sesame Teriyaki for the chicken and Mongolian Garlic for the steak.
Cut up meat / bag and marinate for about 2-4 hours.
Grill your meat and whatever veggies you might want to add - I did peppers and onion which worked out great.
Cook chicken thighs to about 175-180 internal. Cook the steak / veggies to your liking.
Once done throw in a bowl with some rice and and dig in!
I grilled this using a Weber Premium Kettle.
