Peppers: combination of shombo/bawa & scotch bonnets.
1 Red bell pepper
DRY RUB
1tbsp onion powder
1tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tbsp paprika
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1tbsp fish seasoning
1tbsp crayfish seasoning

Thanks for this recipe Chef T! I tried it and it was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, I brought it out a bit early and found that the middle wasn’t done yet. Had to put it back in the oven for a few more minutes and my toddler was so upset because he was enjoying it😂 I’m so glad I tried this. Tastes even better than the ones we buy in the restaurants 👍🏾

Thanks for sharing Chef T😊how many minutes did you leave the fish in the oven for? Also, I'm just curious, when you washed the whole fish, did you remove all those things inside that we usually remove when the fish is cut into smaller pieces? Thanks.
