😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍👍👍 THIS IS AN AMAAAAAAAAZING RECIPE!!!!!!! I just eyeballed everything, adding my spices more slowly......I was absolutely FLOORED at how the cinnamon and rosemary not only played on each other and transformed the flavors into a unity but with every other component perfectly harmonious.....oh my word. I was out of greek yogurt so i used sour cream. This was truly amazing
Bless your balls Foodwishes. Me and my wife cook a different recipe from your channel every week and theyre freaking great!! Plus we like hearing your presentations.
Dear loyal followers: Not sure why some of you are having problems seeing the videos, but rest assured that we have several of our finest summer interns (who have no idea what the hell they're doing) working on the problem. Thank you for your patience. Love, Chef John
wow! we made this for our 'Greek night' dinner with friends and they loved it! we're Indians so the 'Tandoori' part of the recipe hit home. a definite keeper!! Thanks Chef John! :)
I'm part Greek and enjoy lamb chops at my local Greek restaurant from time to time. I also like to make curry at home. This is like a match made in heaven.
Mmmmm that looks fantastic! Your food is great and your sense of humor makes me laugh so hard! So glad I came across your channel and website. I have never been a good cook, but I've made the grass fed rib-eye & salmon belly covered salmon and they have both turned out amazing. So thank you! ^_^
So good!!! Followed the recipe pretty darn closely. So good. Thanks for the lemon AND yoghurt etc etc. enjoying a hot summer evening in February. Ah! The Bay Area
Nice to know! My lady is upset with me, and my grill is at her house. I do, however, always grab my cast iron when she is in a mood, and I know I will be cooking for one at my house!!
Working on your recipe right now. I had to modify it just a bit. I have lamb rib chops. I don't have any lemons but I have lime juice. I don't have regular yogurt, I have french vanilla. I don't have any chili peppers so I used Sriracha. I do however have fresh rosemary growing on my porch. I've made the marinade already and although I had to modify it, it tastes great. Gotta love Sriracha in almost anything. Now I'm taking a break while they marinate, I have no Belgium beer but I have some pretty good cabernet sauvignon. If I remember I'll let you know how it turns out. Thanks for the recipe. Cheers
why isnt this on foodnetwork? i use to love that channel when i was a kid like 8 or 10 years ago. now its a bunch of fkn drama only people without a social life care about. really. this guy is straight to the point and hsi entire personality is represented by his voice to our ears. I really wish this guy and others like him was on tv. he deserves it
Just made this for dinner. Grilled inside and the sambal made my wife cough, my bad. The flavor, tenderness and spice level were perfect for eating. Will do again.
ok so when i saw it grilling i thought it looked nasty but then you brought it in and it was fantastic, i would reccomend turning the brightness down on your camera when you shoot outside. great video as usual :)
