Hi everyone, in this episode on entek coffee I'll do a little experiment. It has been the standard that you have to grind coffee on-demand when looking for the best espresso. However, I still don't have first-hand experience on this matter. So I ground coffee 24 hours before brewing and ground on demand, and compare the results side by side.
