OH MY GOSH!!!! I want to learn to knit because of you 2. You two are crazy in ALL THE RIGHT WAYS. I'm you tubing today the basics so I can get started. I have so many art projects going, I need another like I need a hole in the head. thank you so much.
Off Our Needles is how I found y'all!! Now I've started at the beginning and watch GG episodes while I knit! I didn't even know knitting podcasts were a thing until y'all!!
OH my goodness - you 2 gals have me hooked. I love you so much..I just want to spend days and days with you. I only recently discovered yarn podcasts and have been watching - trying to find my favorites, many are so fun....but finally I got to watch you guys and you are now definitely at the top of my list to catch up on all your previous episodes. I have trouble trying to get any knitting done (let alone any of that other "stuff" around the house) while I am binge watching you - I repeat - I LOVE you. Thank you so much for sharing your time and life with us all :-)
The GGirls are exploding onto the entertainment scene! WOW! You deserve all the happiness there is. Wonderful podcast as always. I've already found you on Facebook. You two put so much joy in all of our lives and you make me want to knit! Jodi, don't give that guy a second thought. You need to have a great comeback the next time you see him. I know you'll think of something. As if you don't know this, but, you are beautiful, very girly, and you just light up. Both of you light up. I think it's the joy in you. Congratulations on your Craftsy adventure. I don't know how you do it all! Family, grocery store, podcast. Now Craftys and Facebook! Way to go!
I would like to tell your families thank you. Thank you for sharing you both. This is huge and beautiful and wonderful and I just thank your families so much for sharing you with us. AWESOME!!! And also...who does that guy know if he thinks you look like a guy...jeez!!!
LOL! Birds of a Color Featherway. I thought I was loosing it but I rewound and that's what you said Tracie. Too funny. Congrats on the Craftsy gig. I love them. I learned how to knit from a Craftsy class. Love you ladies.
So excited that I won a copy of Heart on My Sleeve - thanks so much!!!! Not sure what it says about my life but hearing you ladies shout out my name was the most excitement ive had in a while 😀😀 Tenderheart and Heartstrings are tugging on my heartstrings. And congratulations on the Craftsy show - I can't wait to watch it. I love your podcast - so the Craftsy show will be like double dessert!!! I usually either watch the podcast on my tablet with earbuds or listen while i am driving - and usually burst out laughing at least once - so I'm sure people think I'm losing my mind but who cares!!! You go girls!!

Hey Grocery Girls, Im 23 from Dublin, Ireland and just learning how to knit (teaching myself...on the knit/purl stitch stage) I really enjoy your channel - you are so cool!
I had to stop the podcast to CONGRATULATE YOU GALS on Craftsy!!!! It does not even surprise me that they contacted you both to be on their channel. You'all are so awesome, love love love you both!Love from Idaho,Sallyfromidaho on Rav
Congratulations to you girls!! I've already gone and subscribed so I'll tune in once it's ready! Tracie, after I saw your bucket bag on one of you Instagram pics the other day, I went over to JennaRose's shop and bought one. I also got a project bag to match my bucket bag. I can't wait to get it. It shipped out yesterday. Another fun episode and congrats again on the Craftsy show! I love Craftsy, have bought several knitting classes.
Off Our Needles is how I first found you guys. Then I heard you mentioned on "Meanwhile at the Castle", which was my very first knitting podcast. I love you guys so much! You're so much fun! If I'm feeling down you guys pick me up and have me laughing. I love it when you guys tell your funny stories. Jodi, you and I have the same sense of humor. If anything can be looked at in an offcolor way that's where my mind goes. I've even been known to embarrass my son. Tracie, I got married when I was almost 21 and had my daughter when I was 22. Then I had my son at 29. I became a grandma at age 48 for the first time, and now have 3 grandkids. At 58 years old I'm so happy that I had my kids young. Being a grandma is the absolute best!
Ball sac .... I choked on my tea. Thank you so much for that. I was taking a big gulp of the last of the cup that was only barely warm and you both start up with that. I choked and died laughing with tears going down my face. I quit. I love you guys.
That's fabulous! Can't wait to see more of you guys on the new show. The preview looked great! Congrats!! Edmonton knitting women rock! (I'm biased of course also being from there lol, but it's true none the less!)
Such exciting news! A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS ladies! Woohoo! We were inspired to do our podcast by the Periscoping Sisters & many of the podcasts you mentioned too! Kudos for inspiring others! It's no wonder you are both so popular! Can't wait to watch you on Craftsy RU-vid - Off Our Needles!
I talk back to the screen during your podcasts......like we are sitting together having coffee and knitting and talking. I'm pretty sure my husband thinks I've lost my mind. Congrats ladies.
I'm so happy to see your excitement about "Off Your Needles" show! I love you guys, and I was introduced to you on that show. Now I'm bing watching. You guys make me laugh.
Ladies!!!!! So excited for you!!!! How fun!!!! Can't wait!!! Jodi I just love love love your bendy arrow shawl! I must make those! And Tracie those Lolo GREASE socks! I have that colorway and cannot wait to cake them up!!
Congratulations on your success! And yes, Tracie, as a girl born and raised there, you pronounced New Orleans like a native! Continued success to y'all
Oh my word!!! No need to thank me 😌 You have no idea how much I have connected with you both and how you have revitalized my love of knitting and yarn. The offer for dinner of amazing meatballs stands when you are in town for Knit City!!! 🤗😘
A friend and I just started a podcast, which is a little nerve-wracking, but is also addictively fun! Thanks for the encouragement and inspiration you provide!
OMG!!! Such fantastic news. Congratulations! I think this is the time for all of us say "we knew you when." So well deserved and I wish you both every success and lots of seasons on Craftsy! P.S. Come to Seattle so that you can go to Churchmouse in person. It's a fantastic shop!

I've not watched your podcast before and I have to admit I enjoyed it. I saw the trailer for your new Craftsy show which looks really exciting so I will be watching going to catch up on some of your older videos before your new one Craftsy shows airs. Congratulations on your success.
Awesome! Congratulations you two, can't wait to watch! You both are coming to, Phx ? I live here. You should plan a knit meet up for your AZ fans. We can knit, drink coffee, and eat chocolate together. :) And Jodie, you are GORGEOUS! . Who cares tho?!! You have so much confidence and sparkle you don't need to think twice about boneheads like that!
Congrats on the Craftsy stuff! Tracie - regarding your scrumptious purl sock. When you cut in at the center of a stripe, start your heel with the same color you cut into. This makes for an even stripe continuation! Cheers! Rachel 😀
omg I love you girls... im just starting to watch knitting podcasts and to hear you referencing Edmonton...woo hoo... im in medicine hat. grew up in Edmonton
Woopee Grocery Girls! I was getting ready to watch your latest podcast, #34, and saw your trailer for your new online Craftsy Show and immediately signed up for Craftsy's youtube channel which I didn't know they had. Can't wait for your first show!

how exciting ladies! Also, Tracie! I had to pause to write this...because I am DYING over the comment that someone said to you about you being shorter than they thought! I had someone see me for the first time IRL and tell me "Nope. You don't look right." And then they walked away. I was just standing there thinking what about me in real life isn't right. Who knows! Anyway...Those kind of comments just crack me up!
Congrats on the Craftsy gig! Just don't you dare quit podcasting here as well! I need lots of grocery girls' fixes. haha! I am now spending my night refreshing your ravelry group page hoping to get in on the swap. :)
Congratulations! I am so happy for you! I am looking forward to March 3rd! You go GG! Wishing you much more success to come! And Jodi you are such a stunning woman, (so are you Tracie!), I can't believe someone mistook you for a man! That's just crazy!
Jodie and Tracie, I have loved every one of your podcasts and congrats on Craftsy!!!!! That is where I learned to knit with a aStephanie Japel knitting class, about 5 years ago. Knitting ever since too. Jodie you crack me up about the word vagina. Girl, I've been a gynecology medical provider for 30 years and that term is routine. LOL ROFLOL.I've heard that called everything you can imagine from flower pot, pocket book, virginia, everything known to man. The man who said you were a sir three times was crazy. By the third time I would have said someone to him. I'm very pale, and I get this all the time, "you look like Snow White". So I was at the mall one day and this lady came over and and said, " hey, I just want to tell you that you look like Snow White". I said yeah, I left all the dwarfs at the food court they are so hungry" in serious way. She just looked at me and I walked off. LOL
Hi Grocery Girls! Thanks for the mention! I would love to meet you and (interview you!!! Wink! Wink!) someday! Eric is going to be on my channel during MANCH (celebrating men in the fiber arts in the month of March!!) Big Congrats on the Craftsy show! Make sure you turn your mic off when you tinkle! Well done! Also, my Dad is Canadian so I love your accents! : )
kristyglassknits hi Kristy! I've been enjoying your episodes so much! Your interview with Eric will be amazing. He's such a great guy. Of course we would be honoured to hang out with you and be interviewed. That seems CRAZY! :D Have a fabulous weekend! 💕
I am just now starting skype interviews! I LOVE hanging out in person, but maybe you could get cozy and we can do a skype interview---lmk if that interests you! I would love to ask you about your craftsy experience ETC ETC ETC!
Tracie and Jodi love the podcast!!...I'm wondering if people who call you Sir are doing so like they do in the military. If you are a high ranking power woman they call you Sir because they know you are an authority worthy of great respect ❤️
Ladies...ya know I'd confess to any crimes that may arise to get you both outta the clinker. We must keep your squeaky clean records...well...squeaky clean. Especially now that you are hitting the big time. 😘❤😘❤🌹🌹🤗🐿
Yay, just bought my first Mrs. Brown's Bags - Red Maple. Tracie, my niece Tabitha Lupien plays Becky in the Hairspray movie. She was also the little girl in Look Who's Talking Now.
You both are so funny! Did you say "Birds of a colour feather-way" when you were describing your knew party in the mailbox yarn? I love love love your podcast!
You girls are awesome! Jodi you definitely don't look like a guy! My favorite thing to say when people would ask if I was pregnant or when was I due (I've had 8 kiddos so I was pregnant for like 20 yrs!) was "What are you talking about!? I'm not pregnant!!! 😡😤😠 And I totally would be like 38 weeks along- walked away laughing every single time. 😝🤣 I am also 5'2", so I stuck out like an exercise ball every time by 4months along.... 😜 You should have said in your best guy voice imitation "Dude- call me Ma'am!"
In the light of everything that's been happening in the past year, especially in the US, Jodi's decision four years ago to make a diverse group of elves is all the more impressive.
Hi! this is the first time I have watched your podcast and just love It! joni, I to am called sir in the stores, etc. yes it can be very annoying. I believe it's people's laziness in their customer service skills. in your case it sounds like the person was just plain ignorant! I look forward to your next podcast. I am going to search for your store and hopefully I will find it. I didn't see it or the name of your ravelry group but I will search for it also. take care and may God bless you both.
Love your snowmelt kal shawl...I'm loving mine too until I hit the lace, I love lace but geez I think I unknit several rows! Love you ladies! Jodie - that guy needs glasses or a new brain!
