What you should have done was bought a freeze dryer. Then you could have powdered that breast milk. Then you could have put it in a vac seal bag. And then it would have had an extended shelf life if you throw an oxygen absorber in there with it.

🚨Someone please answers! my goals to lose fat. I went from 100kg-now 70kg all by intermittent fasting & 10k daily steps but now I look like I weight 80+kg 🚨 My daily calorie target -1800 calories protein-120g Say I have 500grams of chicken breast =650 calories when cooked I have 2 toast with butter = 400 calories So that’s 1050 calories. My question is do I need to eat my remaining 750 calories or Not since I have hit my protein target for the day ??? What shall I eat for my remaining calories , more carbs ,protein or fats idk 🤷‍♂️
