Well, we’ve finally reached the end of my regular rotation of RU-vid videos covering the four shows owned by WildBrain and/or Corus Entertainment that I put on my poll determining the order in which they would be covered all the way back on January 27, 2023. The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! had its planned fourth and final installment preempted at the very last minute by a random DVD release of Sonic the Hedgehog Sat-AM, but all the other shows on the aforementioned ballot all got to be represented four times each in this rotation-based marathon as planned. This includes Totally Spies!, Johnny Test, and now, that band who is really cool and gets lyrics for their songs by stealing words from you-know-who!
If you’re a fan of Grojband, be honest: you probably didn’t know it even had a DVD release. Well, not only was the show put out on disc at all, but all 26 episodes were officially released on the format, split into two volumes. Here’s the catch, though: they were released exclusively in Australia, and that combined with the show’s relative obscurity when compared to sibling shows Total Drama and 6Teen has led to the two DVD sets of Grojband to become extremely expensive on places such as Amazon and eBay. Those prices got even crazier once FremantleMedia sold the rights to Grojband and their other children’s shows to Boat Rocker Media in 2018, causing the Grojband DVDs to both go out-of-print. Luckily, I was able to get both DVD sets for my birthday in 2015, back when they were relatively easy to buy imported for a good price. Even better, despite the packaging claiming that they’re Region 4 discs, Grojband’s DVD releases are actually region-free, meaning that they work on my North America (Region 1/A) Blu-ray player!
Since this underappreciated masterpiece is turning 10 years old in June of this year, I figured that there’s no better time than now than to finally start uploading the entire contents of the elusive DVD releases of an almost equally elusive show. Sure, all the episodes of Grojband have been uploaded onto RU-vid before, even in videos done by me for my main channel, but now you can binge through an entire bunch of installments in one upload, and also get to see certain episodes on this website without that annoying KissCartoon watermark on the left corner of the screen for the first time!
The opening on both discs of Grojband’s second volume DVD set is exactly the same as the opening to the two discs included in the first, so let’s skip ahead to…

Thankfully, the episode order on this DVD set matches both the broadcast order AND the show’s original production order.
There is no closing in the traditional sense (i.e. during actual disc playback). However, as a bonus, this set includes a DVD-ROM feature with PDF files for the entire storyboards for the episode “Creep Away Camp” (why this wasn’t included on the first volume with the episode in question, I have no idea), with the two halves of the episode having their respective boards split onto two separate discs. We’ll be also looking at those here for completion’s sake.
The future of my “Full DVD” videos will be revealed in the next one I’ll be making, which is going to be a one-off special intending to give proper closure to the line of DVDs whose first entry in my collection took over Mario’s planned final appearance in the rotation marathon.
