In this video we explore the ground striking foot position for ground and pound.
Wether we should be flat footed ,resting on our insteps , or up on the balls of the feet.
The answer is we should be using both.
When we want to deliver power into our shots we want to get our whole body into the technique and drive power up through our legs, hips etc
When we want to control the position , we need to lower our centre of gravity.
