Great to see you and Justin reunited and finding some gold. Locals only Goldseeker! I guess I know now what that spot looks like in a near freezing downpour with the river raging. You found gold because Mother Yuba still loves you (and I've been making lots of long distance smoke offerings). I was kind of hard on that spot the last three summers, so it's nice to see the water so high and shuffling up the deck for next summer. Work some overtime this year so you can take some time off this summer and mine the Motherlode in shorts and a T shirt the way God intended it to be done. Maybe even join us at the dig. Lots of good spots for goldseeiking this mining season. Aloha
We really went hard this trip most people wouldn't even drive down the mountain where we went and we went on foot after that every damn day I think we did 50 miles on foot in the worst conditions this year for little return 😑 no one can say we didn't try though. Lol that nickname has so many options 🤣 he also likes to threatens taking a Uber home sometimes so I call him Uber Gooding junior then 😅
@@GramCanyonSam hahahah that’s so awesome, I swear the stuff you learn by forcing through and doing that crazy trip is so valuable, plus the video footage of you all laughing and joking is amazing, maybe as amazing or more than the gold, which is what it’s all about, so heck yeah guys!! Can’t wait to cross paths with ya.
I dont have the fever .... i already gave away all the gold from the last 10 days of mining to a friends son and another young gun back east. Its the definition of not quiting , when you travel 3000 miles to live on the road mining gold you do it no matter what. I promise you more than the majority wouldn't have even driven where I was the last few days nevermind go up and down the canyon 5 miles minimum per day every day in the cold rain or snow
That fine gold would definitely add up in a sluice and a day of running nice water flow redepositing gold 🤩thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
I've had many 9 gram days there back on the og gold beach ⛱️ years of people avoiding it paid off well for me I think I'm around 180 grams off that same spot and I brought atleast 30 people over the years that have found a Oz overtime 🙃 lots of easy gold at that location
It was at 4500 cfs in this video a few days earlier it was at 10000 cfs lol I've been down to this spot at 8000 it was literally the scariest day I've ever had prospecting.
Holy smokes it was pouring on you guys. You still found some really nice gold brother. Awsome video. Love that view finder trick too. Did u really go to Australia. Lol sure looked like it
The hardest 🤠 gotta have a wild side to go where we went when we did. Lol when you pass road closed signs and keep going and then hike a few miles more you best be on your toes
I was actually nervous the hill was going to come down there was already a rock slide where we set up camp that was 10 feet wide behind the tree and that feeder creek started running red I've been there alot in bad weather never seen that happen
Lol I love the amount of antagonistic behavior in my content and context this trip. 😅 not for nothing but I was overtaken bringing the small flags out by the opps I'll continue to get bigger and bigger flags 🇺🇸 need be . So glad we got to go out for the day buddy and much appreciate 🙌 on the good meal and shelter for the night. Make sure you look into that Dredge trip
3 feet of moving water has 300 Sq ft pounds of force. If you figure sometimes this water is 30 feet thick raging and about 20 rite in this video 📹 if you make a wrong move walking the bedrock and end up in the water 💧 😳 it's something you probably won't come out alive of.
No point in sitting around in the truck rite ! Won't find any gold doing that atleast we got a little for the effort this trip was crazy tough in all aspects
