Glute Drive - Predominantly using the glute max, it takes out any of the hamstrings and focuses in on driving up through the glutes.
180 degrees / GHD - Lengthen through the glutes and the hamstrings and to allow you to come back up you have to predominantly use the glutes.
RDL - It’s about training the body to utilise the glutes at the same time as the hamstrings. As we lengthen down through the hamstrings, we then stabilise the hips through the pelvis by using those glutes then drive it back up.
