Big holes for steak seasoning because it's usually bigger. If you've ever used a chicago style steak seasoning that works good for use on a grill : ) I'd probably use garlic powder for a lighter garlic taste instead of garlic salt which is alot stronger in taste. Good to have a little seasoning rack with you , you'll like that!

I love the GSI spice rack! I cook a lot of Indian food so I take 2 of them with me when I camp. One for "sweet" and one for savory dishes. The mess kit looks great too but I already had one so I didn't need it. I thought about it though! It is hard to say no to camping supplies, lol.

I love GSI. They make a lot of stuff. I just leave it in my truck. You used a GSI coffee maker last year when you went fishing riverside with a guy that had a Toyota. It was his. I believe you guys made pizza and pancakes in that episode. Keep them videos coming!
