Thanks for your honesty on Moza racing products. My thrusmaster TMX pro recently died 😢 and I have been out of racing for the past few weeks. I had planned to get CSL DD and then I saw your videos. You sold me on Moza, I mean I done the research but you pushed me over the line thanks 😊. Now I'm waiting for my R9 the GS wheel and the SR-P pedals all from Moza
Yeah glad I could help. I had the CSL DD and loved it. Then I got the Moza and was instantly impressed. And the GS wheel to me, is better than any formula wheel in that price bracket. Fanatec has good ones, but the Moza GS is just better. It’s all subjective of course, only thing I wish they had was chunky rubber grips.
Looking good Ray! I love the setup. I have a similar setup in that my desk and my race rig (TR160) both run on the same computer and I simply switch monitor priority via Display Fusion. I use the 49" super ultrawide G9 Neo on the rig and a 32" Monitor on the desk. I also use a Valve Index VR headset so I cannot run triples on the Racerig until I buy a dedicated computer for the rig. Trak Racer makes a mount for 1 or 2 Bass Transducers that fits under the seat that I use. Other peripherals include DD2, several wheels, DDU(s) and Asetek Invicta pedals.
Freaking sweet Patric. Sounds like we are in the same boat. My goal is like yours to have an entire rig and PC setup just to race. However that is years away for now. Unless I hit the lotto. Lol
I'm racing the full season of the W12. Going to jump in some F3 or GT. Either requires a bunch of practice. I'm confused tho on what to do next. So many cars. I do love the Ferrari but I don't like the changes they made last season.
Your rig looks really practical and cool ! I am enjoying your video, bought Moza R9 set after seeing your reviews. Especially the GS wheel is fantastic. How do you think the detail of FFB is compared to CSL DD?
Thanks. Practical is the way to go for me. I hope I can stay that way but we all know it's a money pit. Lol. The GS wheel is amazing and the main reason I switched. I don't think there is a massive difference in FFB, I think they are both good, however, dialing it in is much easier so it has been better for me. I understand the software and only use 1 opposed to 2. Glad I could help you make the selection and I hope it is working for you. I will have more Moza gear reviews coming really soon. I have a GT Omega Apex Wheelstand. I have limited space and am a tall guy with bad knees, so full rigs are going to be hard to get into and out of. The desk I have, has a 1” thick desk top on it.
Gotcha. I the GT omega prime would fit you better. It’s got the slider seat and I currently have mine on wheels. So it sits higher off the ground. My son is 6’2 and he fits easily. And can still slide the seat back. Plus with the added height off the ground it works great. However with limited space. It is bulky.

Yup. Didn't require anything additional. I did get longer screws for the base tho. The wheel deck is thicker so longer screws were necessary in my book with washers.
I see that the video is from 4 months ago , was this when you bought the omega prime? The reason I ask is I want to know if they are still being shipped with the old pedal mount . Thanks
I got the prime in February if I am not mistaken. At that time it was the old pedal tray. They are now shipping with the new pedal mount. Which I wish I was able to get without buying. Hahaha. You'll get the new one.
I don't notice any they added another support bar on the one I have. So I haven't felt any. I will eventually get the new pedal tray for future pedals.
