Your character started running at 13:56 because when the police turned up and started shooting you were close enough for your character to go into combat mode, which changes your stance and replaces the walk motion with a stealthy run motion

Idea: The hunters think it's a normal game, but Alexs objective is actually to kill all the hunters, stealth assassin style

Failrace every survive the hunt: "Yeah I think we can turn right on red here, not sure."

putting the pri at the beach was a good call, didn't bargain on alex going on foot lol

I always forget these come out on the first of every month and it's always a welcome surprise.

I'd love to see Alex go out of the docks, change car immediately, and then drive back into the docks as the hunters are being released.

Survive The Hunt is so special to me that I haven't watched #31 yet because I'm saving it for later.

The AI cars do sometimes do burnouts by the way, it doesn't happen very often but they do! Sometimes they will if you challenge them too? Like rev your engine? But that's my experience and I think its more by chance.

Survive the Hunt: Lemon Edition Everyone has to use the worst cars/vehicles imaginable

I feel like the hovering all but on top of a couple of the prius was close to a rule violation for a couple hunters, especially the one at the monument. I get they are going to pass them occasionally or be in the area but a couple of them were the same ones consistently right in eye shot of it.

The AI do actually burn out sometimes. It's rare, though. More likely to happen in story mode rather than Online. Usually only the sports car spawns get the "aggressive driver" personality attached to it.

Unsafe pedestrian blending is the most entertaining type of surviving 😂 we've seen you blow up countless priuses by now. This was a nice change

I could tell that the damage was going to cause a crash at some point! Was screaming at you to go dump it in the water. In the dark as well it could have worked.

I live my life a Survive the Hunt at a time. Also I'd LOVE to see a survive the hunt where you steal the pink prius and hoard them in a hidden area.

Imagine a "Survive the Hunt" gamemode in which you can be hunted by NPCs according to these exact rules. I would pay real money for that

It’s not the suspension that blew that game it was going in the car park to begin with and then a ‘second’ car park. He doesn’t go for the Hills anymore but car parks, still enjoyed every single minute of it, but still love it when he goes ‘risky strat’ - blows everything else up and gets the gun out. I feel if you stop at any point during the run, it always gets worse. The tactic of continuing to move and not stop in a car park or something helps to keep the hunters looking and not stumbling around where you are hiding. Still a fun series to watch! Can't wait for the next one!

This was the wackiest survive the hunt I've ever seen. The Ai's seemed more intelegent than normal and everyone new exactly where you were. What is Rockstar up to. Either way it was a lot of fun to watch

HUGE fan of this series. I am a RU-vid addict, and Failrace Survive The Hunt is my absolute fave hands down, no contest. I loved this one, with the pedestrian sneaking. Great tension! Would love to see more of that. Keep up the thrilling work fellas!

Start of this video gave me a great idea, so instead of the pink prees all the hunters can set a mugger on you and you can only kill them from running them over in your car or getting out and shooting them, so you allways have to be watching when the muggers come around for you. Also I think the hunters can set them off whenever they want in the gta 24 hour limit.

I like to occasionally come back to these when enough time has passed for me to forget them sufficiently

These brighten up my entire month! Another epic episode. An idea to ponder to change things up, the priis unlock stuff for the hunters to use, like; 1st Prius unlocks air vehicles 2nd Prius unlocks shotguns 3rd unlocks sultans and similarly performing cars 4th unlocks 2nd air vehicle And so on, getting more chaotic as time goes on.

I loved it that you went on foot after blowing up that Prie. It made the video more suspenseful. I really enjoyed it

@ 10:45 the AI burnout is rare but they do it when another sports car is nearby to simulate people doing a street race. You can pull up next to a sports car and they will race your from a green light with a burnout

Thought to try. Hunters in the Priis racing about the city trying to find you, same rules. But, because they're in the Priis, and the target is to blow them up, risk vs. Reward in packs. Object to keep blending in as well.

Hi Alex Ireally love these videos. Like everyone else I still love GTA V after all these years. These masterpieces are some of my favourite reasons to get a notifications, and I look forward to "Survive the Hunt" videos all the time. Your other "GTA V Racing" vids excel as well. Props to your Failrace Staff and friends as well as without them this wouldn't be possible either. Great job guys

I was literally screaming at Alex to change out of the Fuselade (?) and also change his outfit, needs to do that more often during a STH.

I've got an interesting idea for asurvive the hunt: One of the hunters will be selected as a Traitor (but the others don't know who it is) and has to find & help Alex to e.g. reach a certain spot. However Alex also doesn't know who it is so they have to find each other. Could be very interesting :)

13:58 your character went into an action stance since a gunshot was heard nearby. Your character will automatically stay like for a short time and revert once gunfire stops

The cops shot at the hunters, it triggered combat for your character and he entered the stance where walking is running. To cancel it, do an emote. Preferably an inconspicuous emote like smoke cigarette or something.

this episode is 100% pure chaotic energy it's almost unbelievable

we need more of these Survive the Hunt vids. Please make it a weekly thing. THEY ARE VERY ENTERTAINING :)

That section where you were walking and the hunters here knocking over pedestrians was so tense. Felt like I was watching a horror movie

You should definitely if you get the chance do a full 24 hour real time one it would be so much harder and it would be hilarious after 3 hours every one being tired and just going crazy trying to find you with insane ways

Ahh, new Survive the Hunt, great way to spend a Monday evening. Also, I will point out that at the end, the LM 002 looked tiny next to your Dodge, which is not a sentence anyone should ever be expected to say.

The hunters should leave their personal vehicles parked in every intersection to mess up traffic

Alex did you know that if you go in settings you can turn off In-Game Depth Of Field Effects it makes the draw distance much much clear

I always wonder why Alex doesn't stay around the first area in the beginning rather than heading into the city. Would probably catch them off guard as long as the personal vehicle doesn't get spotted by the blimp and secure the first Prii

Rear wheel drive sports car drivers usually do burnout starts at redlines if you frighten them or if you challange them at a stoplight race( rev up )

I love these bigger risk runs

I like the "use it, they unlock it" rule in theory, but I don't think it is actually working in practice very well. Watching the old hunts, I don't find myself thinking, "huh, Alex always has the faster car, this is so unfair". Sure, he might get a lucky escape or two, but now that that is disincentivized, you can even hear him steering away from even the Sultan. All the hunters have to do is hover vaguely near a Pri, (yes, I know they aren't allowed to camp them, but just watch this video...) wait for the ping and then he can literally never get away. With 16 people chasing him, he has to have an advantage, or it's just one long chase, like it was last time, and the second half of this time. Sure, he COULD use a fast car, but that's good for one escape, and then he's WORSE than ground zero. Now he has to find an even faster car to have any advantage. He can't even outrun the blimp now. Survive the Hunt works because it is asymmetrical: he has weapons, stealth, and sometimes speed, if he can find it (which reduces stealth when used. Fast cars are checked more). They have numbers, air power, and location pings. As a viewer, the thrill comes from the manic chase, the escape, the held breath waiting to see if he is discovered that happens over the course of a 48 minute epic that naturally rises and falls over the course of the video (that's why the hummer was so epic). Sure, there were some times he got lucky on fast cars within the same episode, but as a whole the hunters usually win regardless. Now, he is forced to either rely on stealth (this episode) or try to use his weapon advantage (31), but once he's found... that's kind of it. As soon as he is found, it just feels like inevitable doom.

That was bonkers you weren't caught on the beach. I like how they just drove along honking and running pedestrians over. LOL. ;-) The bonus at the end was very uneven and unfair.

The Hunters could be out of the game if they hurt a civilian, so they'd have to really be sure it's you before they attack
