I replayed this game and finished it a few weeks ago. This story is truly wonderful, better than any other GTA to date.

Last time I played this mission, Niko said something different after Kate’s death. He said, “Poor girl. She should never have gotten close to me.” I think I got that line because I hung out with people a lot more. It’s a nice detail

I feel like not getting dressed up and not attending the wedding is the best option since 1. Roman and Mallorie got married. 2. Pegorino or Dimitri won't crash the wedding. 3. Which means nobody dies 😬

GTA may be a crazy parody of real life but it does have its serious moments, I like it.

I think it's worth mentioning that Kate was meant to appear in the Deal ending too. You can see her if you watch the cutscene in OpenIV, however she is moved six feet under so she can't be seen in the game.

There is a difference between lying and being wrong, Niko didn't lie in this video.

What's truly interesting and odd about the ending of this game is that, while Roman is definitely a better character than Kate, thus making one believe that an ending where he lives would be superior, the ending where he dies also seems to be more well-put together, well-acted, and more emotional, while really none of the fans care about Kate at all. While Niko and Packie's reactions to her death are very sad and somewhat heartbreaking, Roman's death is a lot more impactful to me because he was the one who got Niko where he was on the first place. Meanwhile, all Kate really did was complain about Niko's criminal lifestyle and friendzone him.

Do you know how this happened? Vlad's death put this in motion. Mallorie had settled Roman's debt by sleeping with Vlad, but seeing Roman drunk and sad, Niko got angry and killed Vlad. Then, the Bellics had to get involved with Mikhail Faustin, and Niko was tricked by Dimitri into killing Mikhail, and after all of that mess, skipping to the end of the game, Niko loses one or both of them. If only Niko had left Roman to learn his lesson, none of this would've happened. Sure, Roman was sad, and Niko obviously won't be happy about that. But, he kept on borrowing and gambling everything away, and Vlad, in no way, forced Mallorie to do what she did. She did it for Roman anyway. Whether or not even a bit of it was for herself, or out of her own interests, it cleared his debt to Vlad, and that kind of shows that Roman had become a liability, and that sadness would've helped him quit lending money and gambling it away, and to progress. Roman never wanted to kill Vlad anyway, but that was mainly because Vlad had powerful friends, and because he was afraid of more bad things happening to him. Niko should've never killed Vlad. Sure, Vlad was a scum who deserved to die, but in the whole transaction between Roman and him, Vlad was fair and square, and didn't cheat even one bit.

I love the major bridges with the cars crashing into each other or the ai deciding to try and use the other side of the bridge even tho they cant

I could not sleep the night when I finished the game in my first playthrough after choosing the Deal ending. It really felt like I had been punched in the gut in the sense that a character of whom you spent the entirety of the storyline with doing missions for, talking to, rescuing and just socialising with, to be shot on his wedding day of all days, and then to also be completely brushed off by Kate after the tragedy too, it was a really difficult ending to stomach.

If they truly wanted to make a dark game with no happy ending, imagine if instead of Kate, Mallorie was the one who fell victim to Pegorino. Because of this, Roman blames Niko and disowns him and out of loyalty to Roman, Little Jacob and Brucie cut off contact with Niko, too. Therefore, in one ending, Niko loses everything and is alone once more while in another, he loses the only family he had.

You work very hard on these videos and really get every scenario for all the GTA story fanatics.

I flipt out a little at the first few dialogs you said were a lie that's not true at all niko wasn't expecting going to be attacked by some dudes yes we've played the game and know what happens but in the games code niko had no idea at all so none were lies.

The person who you made satisfied by choosing an ending is always the one who is killed. Roman asked for you to do the deal ending, and he dies in the deal version of this mission. Kate asked for you to do the revenge ending, and she dies in the revenge version of this mission.

Niko cussing when a mission fails will never not be funny

The thing I don't understand in gta games: You're character dies (even a bullet in the skull) you will spawn at a near-by hospital, people you/someone kill: They just die

Alternative ending: Niko realized that he would bring danger to his cousin, so he calls and apologizes or attends in disguise, fooling his enemies and the wedding is done well and peacefully.

What I've noticed was that if you actually pause the video to where the gun fires at 17:02, it's not actually pointing at roman, it's pointing at badman when it fires, But somehow, the bullet curves to the right and hits roman. I'm not wrong on this too cause I paused the scene at the right frame and you can clearly see the gun being pointed at badman when firing. Just thought it'd be worth a mention.
