LillyAndora I hope so too. gta vcs was a big steaming pile of shit, they need to make a new vice city game with as much replayability value as the original one.

You guys are awesome. I have no idea how you made this. Textures like Vice City's, but phisics and sound effects are like GTA4. vice city was my favorite GTA, but man, having a full remake of GTA San Andreas with not only new gen textures, particles, light, shadows and of course, working on GTAIV's engine, would be very impressive.
remember when in VC you can actually run and shot magnum gun ? remember when you play it's so lag when you driving, remember how animation so good when you come up and go down stair ? DAMN i'm gonna play VC again to see if the games was actually this good, i can't even remember some of the them in the video
It's running on a different game engine, with the same maps and same character textures/models (more or less). The engine allows better anti-aliasing, blur and lighting effects, more polygons etc.
Who cares about graphics? It would be so much better you say? I've grown up on these games... Still badass. 10 or 15 years later gta 5 graphics will be 'bad'.. Don't play games for its graphics always.. These games (nearly all gta) have a great athmosphere,story etc.. which get you and don't want to release you for days or weeks.
Well everyone who's really into games already knows that, however people keep saying "graphics dont matter" mostly people that can't play games with "good graphics" but it would still be amazing to play classics like vice city in a new engine and see how that would turn out
MrHun2 Your right bro. Graphics make a game seem to realistic and take away the funny part in the game. I am not saying that we should play a game even if its graphics are like Minecraft (Dont get me wrong, I know Minecraft is a good game but I had no other example), I am just saying that games should not always be judged by graphics.

I hope the recently announced remasters are something a bit like this, keep the original games models and that PS2 style, but update the engine and lighting etc. so the game plays like something more modern
I think in here, like in GTA 3 Rage mod, can be imported no missions too. It would be the reason, becouse anyone wants to play with this, without them no one. It enjoyable for a few minutes. Whatever I think it looks great, and the atmosphere is fantastic. If I were a Rockstar boss, I'd think about remake with Rage engine. Good dreams I know :)
For the screen resolution the game is rendered in in your case you need to select 16:10 aspect ratio, not 16:9. And once you do, the map will become a real circle, not some egg shaped thing.
