Finally after 2 months i can upload a new video...
This mod changes the textures, timecycle, map parts, stuff like that of the game. Just like all those other mods like GTA3 HD, GTA3 Refresh, GTA3 Vice City, GTA3 San Andreas and go on... But this mod has one important thing: It keeps the game's original atmosphere. This is just a beta version of the mod... New version are maybe coming soon...

Is there a way to slow down the reaction time of hostile gangs so that they don't identify you the moment they see you? That would make the game more realistic while giving you a chance of surviving while going through the Italian district after you killed the mafia boss

I see you used the weapon icon slots from the iOS version of Gta III haha To tell you the truth, the brown icon slot looks so much better than the silver on the PS2 and gold PC/Xbox

J* Games, now in HD. Well, you said you got a Windows 8 gaming PC (a GOOD one) + Live Movie Maker or whatever you use to edit the videos make them 1080p. Love it! :3

I can make it in 1080p but when i do that it takes literally about 4 hours to upload a 15 minutes length video

But one video I uploaded on my gaming channel was 8 minutes long (in 1080p) and it took 12 hours to upload. No joke!! :(

J* Games I recorded it with Fraps and then edited it with Windows Live Movie Maker to add my intro, my "HALLAS!" (no joke, they were in the video), and my ending with those links and stuff that all those big time RU-vidrs do (I'm not really a big time RU-vidr). Saved it as 1080p and it took about 30 minutes or so to save the movie. When I uploaded it took from 10:00 PM one night until 10:00 AM the next morning to upload it. Its crazy! Seriously, WiFI sucks.

Just wondering, did you ever get ENBSeries Glitches like this one? GTA3 ENBSeries Glitch NOTE: I couldn't record with Fraps, as the lag while recording would make the glitches not work. :(

Flying .5 meters to your death, when you have 999 health (with GTA3AdminConsole). It kinda annoys me a bit. :|
