For those of you who own an R35 GTR, you can relate with me when I say that the factory GTR e-brake looks super cheap and the e-brake boot is nothing exciting.
Since the GTR has the e-brake as a major focal point in the interior, due to it's location, I feel it needed to be "spruced" up a bit and needed some excitement in it's life.
Like any good GTR owner, we took to the inter webs to try and see what others have done... sadly, our research came back with only a handful of instances where someone did a modification to the GTR e-brake. We knew it was up to us, to do the unthinkable and cut into the e-brake without knowing the outcome. So, that's what we did. 😂
Overall, we're super happy with the outcome and it was worth the wait for the custom e-brake boot from JD Customs, and taking a chance on the carbon fiber ebrake off of Amazon.
