Toxic Lightning the timing is weird. You have a very slowed down, lingering final hit, followed by insane knock back. This on top of how unexpected it is to have a Cloud using limit off stage. So it can be challenging to time the tech just right because the window you have to recover and react is miniscule, and if you miss it you'll be in the blast zone before you realize you flubbed.

Actually in Smash Bros Ultimate Luigi is my Main, and Elegant is like an inspiration and i think he's gonna go far in Ultimate.🤗🤠

Nah, he's still got a little more to prove before that's a reality. Yes he got 2nd in one of the most stacked tourney's this year, but it's still the furthest he's ever gotten in an S-tier. Everyone else in the current top 10 has more results than him still and also has more wins against more of the other top players than Elegant. However, if he can keep up this performance in the future and take out some of the other big names (such as Dabuz, Mr. R, Nairo, Salem, and especially Zero) while also consistently making it into the top 8 of S-tiers _then_ I would say he's top 10.

Luigi is a pretty high tier character dude, zero considers him in the top 15 characters and he has some pretty clear advantages vs a char like cloud. Don't get me wrong, luigi has quite a few flaws and this matchup is still pretty difficult, but don't act like he's some lowtier garbage like palutena or something.

Tier lists are based on pro rankings, not the other way around.
