I’m a short rider on a non-lowered Beta 300rr and this certainly helped, just like all of your other videos. Although I’m only on my second season riding I am closing that skill gap amazingly fast amongst my riding friends and it’s thanks to yours and a select other RU-vidrs on drill/practice videos. So I humbly thank you very much for that!

I've been watching some of your videos, and practicing status balance, but after this current tutorial, what a game changer. I went from highly inconsistent... to now holding balance for over a minute, even 2-minute balance. I'm a short rider 5'2" on a 500 KTM, so I wanted to thank you for all these tips. It's a practice for sure, but it's going to help with my favorite single tracks rides in Colorado.

Enjoying this series. Around where I live, all in person classes and clinics are all based around motocross/track riding principles. Some things cross over, but so much of the training I've gotten is super focused on lapping on a track and not on riding open trails.

This is a very good approach to training the balance. Following the video, I immediately proceeded to throw my Crock on, and hopped on my MTB bike in the garage. It is not easy with the tires on garage's floor, but I definitely see the purpose in this exercise. Also (you're right) the opposite foot is just as difficult. Tomorrow, I will take my ADV motorcycle and try in the local mountains. Great job, and thank you!

Most important thing I learned from RL, Practice. Been working on 5" and 8" logs for months. Just started working on 11" log. Practice. Over and over again. If you want to get good at this, you have to practice, especially what you're not good at. Practice. Repetition. There's no substitute.

Even though I have watched your other static balance vid's and have put in numerous 30 minute sessions, I learned in this video to weight the opposite peg in reference to where the bars are turned. Maybe you mentioned it in past vid's but I never picked up on that. Will try that tomorrow. I still can't master it on concrete but then again, I don't ride on concrete 😂What I have noticed, is that since I have gotten better at static balance, my balance on the trail in techi sections has soared!! Thanks
