good stuff I call the first one, the Xande pendulum sweep. I like to do a bit of a bicep curl before punching to pull his foot outwards which torques his knee and causes his hips to rotate for you. on the move to mount, I find that you don't really need both of your hands to push yourself up. You can use your left hand to grab his left sleeve. Not only does that take his base away but it gets you into a higher mount starting immediately into an attack

The red and blue box are hard to watch at the same time.

Dude you should let the company know that panda express has dropped in quality every single time I've gotten it these past few years. Last night was at an airport so I'll call that a mulligan, but it sure was disappointing. And they've gotten stingier and stingier with their condiments where they will only let you have two packets, if you ask. The soy sauce and hot mustard are kept hidden, idk why, it's the only stuff that makes their nasty, poorly cooked product enjoyable anymore. But at least they reminded me of you, Andrew.

the split screen is super difficult and confusing to follow. you are showing like two separate moves split right down the middle of the screen. how in the world are we supposed to follow along? the technique seems interesting.... i guess. i cant really follow along the video due to the weird editing. have to dislike this vid
