100% right. theres too much circle jerks in social media. you see it with comedians and their podcasts too. if you have something interesting to say, its probably gonna come from someone NEW. not the same famous fitness gurus.
How you ended this, perfect. Your absolutely right. These collabs and social media mongers need to take note. Sadly I was a follower of that. I found your videos and its complete game changer. My lifts are insanely better. But on top of it all its the mentality. And for that Mike, I just wanna say thank you. Keep bringing us the great content.

Great video. I enjoy watching you train people like her, Kenny Chang… I have no aspirations to be a bodybuilder, they may aspire to that one day, but looking to build a better me. Your style is a great, not just for bodybuilders, but for the full spectrum of people going to the gym to build a better version of themselves. Sometimes I watch other styles and cringe at an injury waiting to happen. You do an amazing job of explaining movement that will safely promote growth for ALL. Thanks for continuing to share your knowledge with us all.

Exercises performed: 4 sets of 20-10 (I assume) 1. “Glutenator” (glute focused machine) Listen for his technique. 2. Abduction machine 3. Leg extension (listen for his technique to fire it up 4. Seated hamstring curl (again, technique) Supersets after warmup exercises building up into… 5a.Hack Squat (narrow foot stance) 5b. Hack squat (be wide foot stance) 5c.walking lunges 6a Verticle leg press 6b. Squats wide neutral stance BodyWeight ***I believe previous to what they showed filled they did some cable work opening up the hips( rotations) using the cable machine..

Reminds me of my days as a high school coach. The close attention, the eager student, and the shared goal of progress. Also the guiding the athelete through the motion is something I didn’t realize how much I missed.
