This 10-minute guided meditation is designed to help reduce anxiety and reduce stress. Led by a certified meditation teacher, this meditation uses mindful breathing and noticing thoughts and emotions to help you relax and find inner peace. It will help you stay present and in the moment, and give you the tools to better manage your anxiety. During the meditation, you will be guided through breathing exercises and will be encouraged to observe and accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This meditation is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators, and will help you find a sense of inner calm and peace.

I'm glad your back to posting videos. I found this channel last year when I was stuck in fight or flight for months & was filled w/ fear. This along w/ yoga, walking, & focusing on the best sleep & food I could give myself I am relieved to say I am out of what I thought would never end. Thanks for the channel.

@@MrRinre over time family trauma from teen to adult along w/ a health scare. I was able to deal w/ it for many years just keeping busy & not letting myself focus on the issues but once my health became involved it was to much for me. Just layers kept building till my body couldn't handle it anymore. Pitched me over the edge. Made me refocus on what the issues really were & put myself first over others. It's a process but I am in a far better place than I was last year.

Man ive been stuck in fight or flight and chronic anxiety/stress for like half a year now. I feel it almost all day. Years ago i needed triggering situations. Now i even feel it when im chilling in my bed. Its crazy how this became my normal state. I cant believe how the body can actually malfunction like this. Seriously wtf. I cant understand how this can keep going for so long...Im finally establishing a healthy routine but man its so frustrating, i feel like its always coming back. I dont know anymore if i should ignore it and fake it till i make it manifesting positivity positivy positivity, or always try to deal with it and feel it. The feeling is trembling. Its just chaos racing thoughts and derealization. (Already doing CBT) but its not enough. I need to become a monk i guess.

I would like to point out, if it isn't already apparent to everybody, that being in control of our sensations or feelings, (emotions), does ot mean that we prevent them from happening; what it does mean is that we experience them with allowing ourselves to finally realize that they (anxiety included) are just going to pass harmlessly through our minds and fade away without any serious consequences. This channel is a lifesaver, I struggle alot with anxiety and PMDD that makes 2 weeks of 4 a living hell, and I already meditate alot but always found videos with that same music and whatnot and those work sometimes to but youre videos are just simple and amazing, the sleepvideos knocks me out at night and when I wake up too early knowing Im off to work, they knock me back to sleep and then I meditate to a video for that day ore where my head is at that moment. I love them. So, from my heart Thank You ❤ For taking the time and making these, and for really helping people. Love from Sweden

This anti-anxiety meditation was succssful in relieving at least 2 feelings: one of anger and one of anxiety, both of which were a response to a feeling of being hurt by a feeling of words of rejection. My work forward appears to be to meditate on how I can Control My Emotions! Anybody have some constructive comments? Thank you DTM for this meditation and Peace be with you.

Quickly falling in love with your videos. Didnt know i needed the music free. My brain is always playing songs. Even during meditation. Its maddening. Any tips to prevent it? Somedays i do better than others but this morning was frustrating. Sometimes idk how to make it stop and i swear its like my mind finds it funny and makes the music play more in my head when i resist. Any tips on that would be so helpful ❤

Please help me !! I’m suffering with bad anxiety . I’m weaning off cytalipram & just taking 2 mg diazepam twice a day. I’m still suffering from a turmoil in my self. Please please any advice would help . 😪

i wish it was said in the beginning that there were long pauses. when there was such an unusual long silence for first time, it actually triggered my anxiety that something is off. Also the sped up ending is annoying too if a person finally manages to relax and this comes up. you could make it in the same relaxing voice, that would be totally okay

6:34 struggled with the pauses, kept losing the thread and my fears were heightened instead of resolved. I stuck with it, but ended up feeling angry and a little cheated. 🙃 nice voice but not for me sadly.
