Perfectionism is the feeling and attitude that anything we do isn’t good enough. That we perceive the flaws in all of our work and in ourselves. We become perfectionists through fixating on imperfections, trying to control situations, working harder than necessary, or being critical of ourself or others. This 15 minute guided meditation practice for perfectionism helps you manage these thoughts and feelings, and helps you stop being a perfectionist.

Fr! His entire channel is my go to. I love how he leaves pauses in between the talking parts. Some meditations talk you through how to calm down but that makes it hard sometimes to actually find the calm

Good meditation, but without background music feels strange. I was trying to stop myself from checking if my phone is still working

The points in the video with nothing going on didn't help :/ I had to stop and fidget with something. Is there any way soft music or a few notes can be played in the background at that time?

When you become aware of your thoughts or whatever is passing through the mind, you will become able to catch your attempts of perfectionism as well.

Good one but didn't really seem to have any material specific to dealing with perfectionism. Feel misled by the title and description of this video. Thumbs down for false marketing.
