I believe that the more you relax the more likely and more often you can feel Peace of Mind. If you are like me, there is great satisfaction to be able to do this. Best Wishes and Good Luck. ADB,MD

It is evening now, and I finished this Meditation just now because today I have undergone a bunch of stressful events, including one just before choosing to do this Meditation. I hope you find some interest on the comments which follow: I read in the comment 4 weeks ago that when I let my mind go to where it wanted, it wanted to go to relaxation. What seems interesting to me, is that the same result occurred tonight with this same Meditation. I found tonights meditation very helpful and encouraging to understand how my mind wants to find relaxation. It is a great piece of luck that my mind wants to be relaxed and that I can find relaxation with some of your Meditations. Merci, Merci Beaucoup. ADB

At this moment, I realize that for me to experience again being present in the moment and fully awake and aware and detached of making any particular effort I need to relax and let go of awareness of the "self" such as focusing on the sounds of breathing outside myself or just something outside "myself". To lose or let go of The Self is to let go of any effort and become relaxed.ADB,MD

This morning I realized somewhat calmly that I was developing anxiety, under some stress, so I turned to this stress and anxiety meditation, and I am writing to you, gratefully, to express my reactions to the anxiety relief which really happened without any serious effort. I was very impressed with your timing during the meditation to say just the right thing during the whole process! When at the end you say just let the mind go where it wants, my mind goes to relaxation! I could write other observations, but I am not going to take up more of your time. Hope you enjoy these comments!

Great video thanks so much. I have speech anxiety when I’m on the phone in work and I get so anxious of others listening yet when I’m alone, I’m fine - any tips please because I’m so aware of others around me listening which makes my speech juttery. Thanks

Hi there! I'm coping with the exact same problem, except that I'm a student and when it comes to speaking out loud in class or reading then I would always feel just like that, sometimes I even feel like I will pass out...I still didn't find the best way to cope it properly, but what I can advise you is to slow down a bit, take a moment or two to ground yourself, acknowledge the situation, do not panic because that way you will see things distorted. There's a breathing technique that sometimes helps me with it a bit, you take a bigger breath (not too big and deep, just bigger than normally) and then you breath out all of it very short and quickly. Hope it will help in some way, wish you the best!

@@kingao9534 thank you for your reply. I have tried lots of things but it never goes away. Some days I feel good but others (like today) I can’t string a sentence together which is extremely and mentally frustrating.

I'm using this meditation as a sleep aid which is asking a lot from it. However, I do feel a relief from the stress and anxieties I feel with my wife's thinking and behaviors towards me. It is almost midnight and I do not feel sleepy and do feel worried about being able to sleep in spite of powerful medication. Where can I find a meditation to use before going to bed, while still sitting in front of my computer in a room that is not my bedroom?
