It is easy in our lives to be exposed to toxic influences that affect our thinking minds and drag our minds into discomfort with wandering and becoming lost in thoughts. Some people may blame themselves for getting themselves into this condition and suffer more than they should. When you become aware that the discomfort of a racing mind could happen to anyone, we can begin to forgive ourselves. Thank goodness that we have DTM meditations like this meditation that can show the way out of discomfort and back to where we belong.

Maybe would help if the further explanations as to why we are bringing our attention to our body and building awareness, are in the box of comments or details of the video 🙏
