Thank you for posting this. I felt great afterwards but had tears also. I thought that could be a bad thing but it sounds like it could be normal and good for us
I was so tense and my heart was racing at the start of the meditation. It felt as though I could feel it beating out of my chest. By the middle of the meditation, my body felt SO relaxed that I fell asleep (which has never happened) Thank you for this meditation. ❤

Your voice is wonderfully soothing. Whenever I’m unable to sleep, I play the meditation for Anxiety and Stress thru my headphones. By the end of it, I have fallen asleep and feel more relaxed when I wake up! It settles my racing heart! God bless you!🙏🏾

Oh my god I feel so relaxed and at peace now. I have been experiencing tension on the left side of my head and it has been always difficult to release it. After your meditation I feel so light and relaxed, and your comment about stress and anxiety being feelings that can be released has enlightened me. Halfway through the meditation I started crying. All the thoughts and worries that I shoved aside and buried under a huge load of work and tasks finally came through. For quite a time I felt the need to cry but I just couldn't. Instead, I held on tight and couldn't let go. Maybe because I was afraid. I still have a feeling of inner tension but something has changed. Now I am more open to heal. I'll try to implement meditation in my daily routine. Thank you so much, Jessica!
