This is an extended, newly recorded one hour version of my sleep meditation for a deep and rejuvenating night’s rest. It will allow your overactive mind to calm down, and for your body to relax so you can find peace and comfort. I will talk for a bit, then allow the droning ambient music to continue ever so slowly until it fades away. I hope that these meditations sessions help you to find deeper comfort and the rest that you need and deserve.

I usually fall asleep in 2 hours but when listening to this ti is 10 to 15 minutes

Been over a year since I first used this. I'm still using it to help me sleep. As I'm typing this it's 12:58AM and I couldn't sleep. Thank you for making this. It really helps me.

I listen to this Every time I have a hard time sleeping. . . I find it very calming when I'm stressed or scared so I thank you for your help. . . without this is be a sleepless "zombie" and probably not be here cuz of how I get when tired

@@imisslucy9080 at times. . . no. . . when I'm tired and bored all I think about is all the shitty things that have happened and it makes me extremely depressed. But I'm fine. I hate any pain and I fear death so it's not like I'd ever actually do anything.

SAME, I heard that the exact same thing on the 20 min version of this Sleep Meditation, and it was so weird 😂 and ofc it's like saying "don't think about a pink elephant with a silly hat on", you think exactly about that, so I had to imagine me looking at myself in bed..... it was so weird lmao
