I am grateful for your meditations. I had slipped from meditations (for the last 2 years) and I am so grateful that I have adopted the practice again which is now a huge part of who I am. Thank you for your video. I imagine a healing energy going into my body as I follow your guide. You did not mention ears which is where I need healing in. However I still visualize that the energy run through my ears
