Sorry for the late reply. I always check every single comment on all my videos, so feel free to ask about anything anytime. You can absolutely work your way up from scratch using fractals, till you have all your characters in full ascended. And on top of that, you'll end up making a lot of gold in the process. So it is one of the best ways to do exactly what you said. Start with low levels in Tier 1. Understand the mechanics and don't just rush. Slowly build up your Agony Resistance to be able to do higher Tier of Fractals. Keep doing that till you reach T4, and then you'll really have more ascended than you ever need. There are also other ways to gear up your characters. I have an ongoing series that covers how to do that in details : ru-vid.com/group/PLdy9lW1_DfZ4Iy0fB84iMxQvmE0Frrhg3 Just one final note. The difference between Exotic Gear and Ascended Gear is not that big. So don't think that you HAVE to be in full ascended before you can do raids. That is simply not true. Ascended gear is mostly needed for higher tiers in Fractals since you must have Agony Resistance, which you can only put in ascended gear.

First of all, congratz on getting to 80! Press "Y" by default, or open your contact list. In the second tab that says "Looking for group", you will find plenty of sections and options to find players to do all kinds of content with. In your case since you mentioned fractals, a little down you'll see a section called "Fractals of the mists", this is where you can find other players to do fractals with. Fractals are very popular and a lot of players do them, so you should find plenty of LFGs you can find. You can also of course make an LFG yourself and try to find players who want to join you. I hope I explained it well enough. If you didn't understand anything or had any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

When you open your Contact List (Hotkey is "Y" by default), look for the tab on the left side that says "Looking for Group". In there you can find many people looking for players to invite to their parties / squads, including fractals. You can also make a post there yourself and look for other players to join you

I don't fully understand what do you mean by reset. But you can do fractals anytime you want at any level. The daily and recommended fractals however change everyday at the daily reset
