Thank you for your recipe, I tried it to day, it came out so well. But I'm eating too much cocoa powder 🤐, can I replace it with macha powder?! How many macha powder I should use?! 🤔
I never tried matcha powder in this recipe, I would use less as it has a strong flavor but then the can may not hold because it doesnt the fiber cocoa add in the cake. I am sorry I cant help more, I never made a matcha cake before ! Enjoy and thanks so much for trying this recipe 💕
Could I skip the cream or replace it with some other thing? like coconut oil or olive oil/water. I'd like to avoid buying the cream just for this recipe. Ty!
I tried this today and the cake is tooooo eggyyyy!!! I used eggs that are room temperature, but ...... 🤕🤕🤕 Update: It has been 4 days since I put my cake in the fridge. The smell and taste of eggs have become less significant, I finished it this morning. Still, I could taste some eggs. However, it was evident that the richness of the cacao and the coconut have developed (or they just simply became more prominent and discernible). In all conscience, I should have waited longer before jumping in such conclusion 🤧 I am so sorry for my impatience!
I am sorry to hear that there is 4 eggs in the recipe which is what most chocolate cake are using so ai am not sure why you have this feeling. Take care
