Dead Men Do Talk: Profiles the work of world-renowned forensic experts and the procedures they use to solve murders and other mysteries in minutes or centuries after they happen.
Shreds of Evidence: Hairs and Fibers: The tiniest filament can become a mark of distinction in the most singular and intimate of ways. Investigators have come to rely on forensic evidence as fine as a carpet fiber or as innocent as an eyelash to crack difficult cases.
Traces of Guilt: Sometimes the scales of justice are balanced by just a few milligrams of evidence - a couple of fibers, a tooth filling, or a smudge on a piece of tape. The biggest cases are often solved by the smallest clues.
The New Detectives is an American docudrama where world-renowned forensics experts and criminal investigators solve a wide range of cases.
Some scenes in this program have been reenacted, due to the sensitive nature of the show, viewer discretion is advised.

While I’m fascinated, it is the most disgusting and most disturbing biology lesson ever! I’m So grateful for scientific research, developments, and the advances made in the field, for these advances have surely brought closure to so many families & the victims’ loved ones

Sharon Kay Abbott Lane, a mom who vanished in 1987. She had suffered several stab and knife wounds to her upper body. DNA sequencing led to the discovery of brother and eventually her daughter - Kim Lane. Surprisingly, the police did a fairly good job with the composite sketch not knowing what she looked like. The murder is still unsolved. RIP

@@Sharon-jv8sj What's scarey is that they can play stupid without practice better than humans. But then again, who practices?🤔 Obviously the CIA. An agency thats anything but intelligent. The more I think of it the more arrogant they sound. Everything with "intelligence" in its title is made up of or created by people, but claim to be smarter than people. That in itself seems pretty dumb.

I like that when the characters are talking the narrator is silent. I like that I could hear what the characters are saying. Photos taken when crime happened or when evidences were gathered, should be shown instead of re-acted, that is more realistic, and less expense in producing.

42:10-42:16 "Is Klein a psychopath or is he a man who has plotted and planned the perfect crime?" He is both. One thing does not preclude the other. 00:00-50:59 Absolutely amazing police work involving, of course, lots of people who are not police officers. Not many police organisations in the world can do that kind of job. The consequences are easy to imagine. 1:03:57-19:04:05 "Williams, feeling he had been wrongly accused because of his race, held a news conference to proclaim his innocence." Many of them have played the race card in an attempt to save their hide, and occasionally they have succeeded. 1:04:25-1:04:52 He thinks he has a beautiful voice, but it is in fact quite annoying. 1:16:31-1:16:41 Why do they keep releasing convicted rapists, knowing that they never change, and soon or later they will upgrade from rapists to rapist-murderers? WHY? 1:44:38-1:44:41 Reno, Nevada, is known as a betting town? My impression is that Nevada is a betting state. 1:45:57-1:46:03 "He could have disposed of the body in the desert, where no one would ever find it." How many have done just that? 2:17:38-2:18:05 Perhaps too good to be true. What a fantastic video, with a bonus: the narration by Gene Galusha.

Is anyone interested in this Topic should most certainly read Doctor bill Bill Bass's books. As someone who loves true crime and who was born and raised in Knoxville, where his body farm is located... Since high school I have wished I could drive 5 minutes down the road to the University of Tennessee under the stadium up here and speak to the man. How his books are also funny.. I'll never know lol But he is pretty funny for a man who spends his days with the dead. He keeps on his bones up here underneath Neyland Stadium.. So next time you're watching Aut football game you can think of that LOL
