HP, you've definitely got a gift for presenting. To do a video like this at 1hr 18mins with virtually no editing, and to be able to recall guitar specs and stories and keep it interesting... respect to you dude. And Leslie is an unsung hero for her camera work.

I had that same Pacifica and gave it to a kid who was wanting to learn the guitar. I do miss that guitar. I'm in awe of your collection. You definitely need to do a pedal collection video and a amp collection video for sure.

That Blue PRS is gorgeous . Looks very blue from here. Cool to see you keeping the old Peavey Bass. They have made some really great instruments bass and guitar. Wow, you have a lot of Harley Bentons... Lets hear it for the Rabb very cool looking guitar. .....Cool house btw... Had to come back and revisit. Need to give you some support during your next adventure... whoah too mushy... had to remove... Everyone out here sure appreciates it.

I have a PRS SE One (Korina) and it's one of my absolute favorites. It's always on my stand or in my guitar rack so it's ready to play at a moments notice.

I will tell you how my 1966 Fender Stratocaster became relic'd in 1966. Dragging my guitar thru knee deep -35F snow over to my friends place. Even though I just cracked the case open to rest on the latches. When I opened it up 30 minutes later the finish on the body & neck were both full tiny cracks.

You and I have very similar tastes in guitars and GSP2101s. I traded in my UV7 (black with green, 1995) to pay rent for 3 months...I should have just been homeless and kept the guitar, signed by Vai as well. Seafoam/robins egg/etc rules! I also like how you use your printer(?) so rarely that moss has grown on it.

I'm looking for a Starfield guitar, a French guitarist named Dan Ar Braz used them a lot during the 90s. I think that your Starfield with 3 Hot Rails will sound very nice

If you ever get the chance to look at one, check out the Australian company Ormsby. They have been doing amazing things with copper-tops for a while now. Lots of different treatments to the metal, suberb looking guitars

That Strat+ that you changed the electronics and such a huge difference -- most people miss that and swap pickups until they run out of money instead of swapping $20 box of pots and caps. That suit of armor should be playing a guitar! (One more place to store a guitar). Or his gauntlet needs to show the \m/ metal sign. Lol.

Those two guitars with the electronics problems (the sanded bass and the yamaha T-type), open the control cavity show the pickups, controls, viewers will solve the problems. That T-type that 'doesn't sound anything like a Tele' might be the same prescription as that Strat+, change the pots and caps.

much respect - i bought a harley benton 6 string fan fret and have to say what a guitar at the price.. I have prs se lowery's ( nice guitar btw ) worth a review. and have had countless ibanez, schecters etc.. will be looking at the hb 7 strings and 8 strings.. keep up the good work bud..

Congratulation for all your guitars, i liked almost every one of them, speccialy the PRS blue Jean. The pink with the dragon and the castle drawing at first i thoght it was from the Neverending Story movie haha (loved that movie). Don't you have any Mayones, Kiesel, or have any plans on making a video trying these brands? Your house is very beautifully decorated too... did i see a Terminator head in your library in the upper floor or am i crazy? haha, great too if it was one. Loved your animals, and how you end all your videos with them and supporting animal shelters, you seem like a very good person. i'm an animal lover too, have my cat Felipe here with me watching the video haha. It was very fun, cheers from Argentina!

Across from Berklee School of Music when you were there, was "Daddys Junky Music" not Sam Ash. I worked in that area 93-96..Sadly now there is only Guitar Center. Boylston/MassAve used to be a mini guitar Mecca...oh well..That airbrushed dragon/castle git FUNNY!!!!!!

PRS SE 245 is actually shorter than a Gibson scale, its 24.5" hence SE 245

Your "blue jean" PRS (and a bunch of other PRS models, of course) is shaped a lot like some late '70s/early '80s Ibanez guitars. My MC-150 Musician, for example. Which, by the way, has push-push coil taps on the tone knobs! In 1982!

Did you ever have issues with the push-push knobs? The luthiers I've asked told me that they avoid using them because of their low durability, supposedly much worse than push/pull pots.

No, I've never had any issues with this particular guitar. It's the only one I've ever owned with push-push pots, so I can't say anything about such pots in general. (I actually prefer toggle switches and have those on a few guitars.)
