I use PCVR with a Quest 2 (Via Link), and normally have heavily modded versions of the games I play, for better video quality.
PC Specs: RX 6700 xt, 16 GB Ram, Intel Xeon Gold.

Hi CMVR did you use any plugins like VR expansion plugin for weapons and Ubik for whole body IK or did you create everything yourself from scratch?

The body and physics use VRGK, the guns are a heavily modified version of VR Weapons Kit, both available on the UE marketplace. This video is demonstrating the smooth combination between the two rather than either asset. I highly recommend both
