As someone also accustomed to the Arctic Base Nascar race, I've also died in this exact manner of stopping to help the player who rushed into the enemy formation and ended their own subscription to life. Alas, still love seeing the Tristan and it takes some guts to use it at 700! Fun round, as always. :D

Historically speaking, the Tristan is basically the Alex being rebuilt with improvements. Therefore, if you get enough battle experience with Alex, handling the Tristan won't be too much of a problem. I plan on saving enough DP to get the Lvl. 1 version of it!

That's a beautiful damage number to look at. Sazabi is fun, one of my favorites. I need more experience with the Tristan, I'm yet to get a good round in it

The Tristan and Xeku Club is actually called a Sturm Faust now, they changed it a while back.

Still says club for me, at least in the loadout screens. In a match it says Sturm Faust but it's always been that way. Some weapons have a different name when you are customizing them in the loudout screen than they do in an actual match which I've always found odd.

The tristan is great in concept, but its execution comes a bit short. High melee damage, but a unique moveset that catches some opponents off guard but more often misses its mark. A beam rifle with great range and damage, but a prohibitive heat rate that limits volume of fire with no other long range attack options to supplement that. The gatling gun encourages close to midrange play, but the lack of reliable stun options(even whiule available, the beam rifle requires a charge and the club has a comically long ready time) makes it easy to pressure. I want to love the Tristan, but it's a 600 point suit with a toolkit that feels more like 450 or 500. Much respect to anyone who's able to perform with it despite all these shortcomings.

my secondary account doesn't have any level 1 700 costs MS so I have used my Tristan at that level multiple times and it does well if you are playing carefully with it.

Mobile suits come roughly a Year after they got released to the recycle tickets. Nu gundam and sazabi are anniversary ms with a week between. So they should be available this anniversary their

@@kingdragon4195 I just wasn't certain if they would make 4-star MS available via Recycle Tickets at any point or just make them lottery-exclusive. I played since early in the Japanese version's lifetime, but I took a hiatus for a long while on a couple occasions. This time I really only recently came back. Though I do already have a 4-star MS in the Byarlant Custom. I just want the Nu Gundam or Sazabi so I can actually have a really good high cost General. My best Generals right now would be my Lv1 Messala & Lv1 Todesritter. Hopefully whenever they pop up in the Recycle Ticket store I actually have enough for at least one of them (I think I have 339 Recycle Tickets right now). Though, I suppose their rarity might actually decrease at some point in the future once stronger MS come out, since I know for a fact that they have changed the rarities of some MS before, like the original Guncannon, which was originally a 3-star MS, but now it's just a 1-star.

I know that on ps4 there's many cheats available...according to what I saw on RU-vid most cheat removes stagger completely. There's also auto-plant bomb and doubling damage. That Sazabi was just too good... Oh forgot to add the infinite dodge roll and lag switch to the cheat I saw online

...yeah never go for what the sazabi is going for, sazabi mains are either hot headed cavemen or absolute monsters that you should back up BUT at range. Also I dare say a B rated player playing that well using chat like that, this guy was smurfing on an alt account or just a straight up bully

To be fair, I would probably mesh well with them in that case, as I tend to prefer staying at range rather than getting into melee. Probably why I really enjoy MS like my Messala. :P

that damage is definitely impressive but i have seen higher and got higher myself but that was in a match that was basically handed to me, the whole enemy team were supports with stop to fire weapons and i was a raid (Hazel II if i remember right) so it was a pretty easy one

I really want to like this suit but I think it needs a few buffs. What really messes me up are the beam sabers, they seem long but the Melee pattern this thing has makes it where they have practically no reach. The swings also feel really slow, which is really sad because the overall concept of the suit seems cool but I just don’t ever feel like using it because of these problems. What do you guys think would be the best way to fix the suit?

Good lord, the Tristan is so squishy. Shame that such a cool-looking suit can be so....mediocre. Sure, you CAN do well with it, but I feel like you REALLY have to practice with it to be viable.

I really dislike the Tristans neutral melee attack, that downward chop just misses so much. 287K eh? Not bad at these costs though high dmg numbers is normal because of the sheer dmg output that the Sazabi and Nu Gundam do. I've still seen the two highest dmg numbers by Gonzo at 330K and some Chinese player get over 400K. It's just we don't see 700 cost as often as all other lower costs so we are used to lower dmg numbers. If 700 was more common this would be like oh ok they had a decent round. Cuz again if someone can get 330K at 450 I'm sure we can see much higher at 700. But what's more impressive to me is that someone had to balls to use a level 5 Xamel, to me thats more impressive lol

I've had over 300k with enhanced ZZ on arctic. I was getting pretty crazy heavy melees off that would hit two or more players and was constantly killing their support. Had 12 kills by the end of it. Don't think I'll have a match that good again. Hats off to my team though for setting up with staggers and downswings to set me up for those hits and for staying out of my way. lol

Idk if anyone knows this already, but since I've had the most success attempting this with the tristans club, if the nu gundam is at an incline or similar uneven terrain with the funnel shield up, you can get the clubs splash damage to go underneath the barrier and stun.

The Steam version's undergoing some maintenance after a beta test that didn't quite work out. But, the English UI has been available in all versions of the PS4/5 game since late 2018, so it should be available in the game on Steam when the Steam version goes live.
