Mine is a combo of gut, past trauma that got me unbalancec...retired now and really working hard to rebalanced. Are too many supplements also bad for the gut?
Does leaky gut make you lose weight and unable to gain weight ? I've been losing weight and now at a constant weight 57kg but I can't seem to gain back my old weight around 64kg. Losing some fat n muscle also. Do you have any recommendation. Thank you
