Hard to believe me and Guthrie's friend Monica shot this over 2 years ago! Without a doubt this is one of the coolest things I have ever been involved in. We shot for two days in this location and I believe 2 or 3 of the songs on the record were from this session. What you are seeing here is the back half of one of the tunes on the record In Stereo. One of the most amazing things about this session (other than all the amazing musicians) was the fact that they nailed all of these tunes in 1-3 takes! Crazy when you see this all in person.
I get nothing from promoting this other than the satisfaction of seeing some of my favorite people make an incredible record and the chance to document some of the process for them! Guthrie and Tom are two of my favorite people on earth and I am lucky enough to call them friends. Thanks you two for allowing me to record this!
This record is fantastic and I can't recommend it highly enough. This isn't a shred record either it is an incredible record of amazing songs that just happens to have two of the world's greatest guitar players on it!
