I like the setup a lot but My only questions is where do you put the old gutters you tear down? that middle space doesn’t seem like enough space

They have a box mounted on the top of the truck (driver side) to put the old gutter. You can see it at the 56 second mark of the video.

Is this a trailer or a box van? How big is it length? And what model trailer / or truck is that ? We just bought a nu tech 5/6 combo here in upstate ny and vt and it’s already done 100,000 feet perfectly seamlessly... thank you nutech! We are using a 7x14 trailer but I’m looking at 7x16 or 18 ... or do you recommend a box truck ?

Thanks for your kind words Aaron and please leave us positive feedback on other sites too! The box truck shown here is a Ford E-450 Super Duty with an ITB 16 Foot Cube Van box. We don't provide specific recommendations on vehicles but wanted to make you aware of what is being shown on this video. Thanks again for your support!

what does excessive coil set mean? I find that i'm getting a lot of oil canning and i use lots of stands so i don't think that's the problem. However i did load load 220lbs coil on a mini cradle, so i'm not sure if that was the problem or not.

It would be a similar other than the Mach II machines don't have a swing out station or saw option.

The music you stole from commander an conquer red alert! It's a video game for playstation and p.c. What happens when the awning falls down into a worker making a cut? What happens to the employer when the employee hurts themselves on those dinky steps? Need 3pts contact on ladders to be safe. You forgot to mention how shitty it is to step in an out of the back of a box truck. Where do you put your fall protection?

We all know that gas shocks don't just snap and drop down. It might lose pressure slowly over time. If the awning should fall it will hit the end of the swingstation keeping it above the worker. Those are not dinky steps but heavy duty rated steps that are used by fire fighters with full gear. You can climb on your truck however you want no one will bother you for that! With all your tools and supplies close at hand you wouldn't need to step into the truck too often. Of course it's not comfy like a trailer but very practical to work out of. Some box trucks are higher then others but this height is very practical! The fall protection is in heavy duty totes in the back of the cube van in the cabinet.
