Sometimes I get the slightest stomachache the day before as a warning which I definitely appreciate because I used to not and it would start while I was at school. Didn't appreciate that. But yeah that's about it. I think my mom told me that she used to not have them so maybe it has something to do with genetics idk

Honestly, I’m a Native American and for me, when I’m on my period I don’t feel cramps that much unless if I wasn’t doing anything active So I don’t mind getting my period
