Guy Torry spoke about having a role in the movie ‘Life’ with Martin Lawrence and Eddie Murphy. He said it was the most fun he ever had working on any movie, and praised his time working with Bernie Mac on the movie as well. Torry also revealed that Cicely Tyson was completely cut out of the movie.
Along with that, Guy Torry and Vlad spoke more about Bernie Mac if the late comedian and show runner worked ultimately worked himself to death.

Top 3 of my favorite movies of all time. Was definitely underrated. Eddie took an L on the budget and costs for this movie but I really believe it was worth it. It captured so many greats at a moment in time. Love this movie!

My wife and I use to check out Bernie Mac at his home club called the Cotton Club in the south loop of Chicago on 19th & Michigan Ave way before he became famous and he was hilarious then. He lived a few blocks away from me in the Rosemoor neighborhood on the southside of Chicago.
