Best parts of being a woman: You get everything handed to you in life without having to work hard for it, working is optional for you and your career is basically just a hobby. You're only 8% of the people who are injured or killed at work You're only about 15% of the homeless. You're only 20% of suicides. You're only 1% of soldiers killed in battle. You're only 33% of the victims of ALL violence. And when you do have bad experiences, you have the whole culture bending over backwards to provide you with support, mental health services and treatment. You also get handed everything in a divorce, including the children. It must suck to be a woman. is me paying more than my girlfriend for car insurance oppression. young males pay almost twice as much as young females for insurance. is women being sentenced to less time in prison than males for the exact same crime oppression? is convicted males being sentenced to the death penalty at a significantly higher rate than females for nearly identical circumstances oppression? is women getting way more cash and resources for breast cancer than men get for prostate cancer oppression? is lowering the fitness standards for women entering police, fire fighting, and military, so that they can compete with stronger males, oppression for the men?
I definitely think it's easier being a guy. Being a guy I feel like if there is a problem between him and a buddy, he normally would just tell the person straight up... then it's cool. Girls on the other hand tell all their friends first, and consider all the diferent opinions and advises she got. Then, when she have though of what to do for some weeks, there is the actuall drama of teling the person. Often insted of figuring out the problem, they end up not talking for several weeks.
Aside from the reproduction issues women have it easier. I typically feel that the gender that dies first usually has it the hardest. As a male I can't walk up and hit someone twice my size w/o fear of getting beaten to a pulp. If you saw 2 men harassing a man or 2 men harassing a women who would you help? If you saw either one stranded who would you help?
So let me get this right...Yafa asks what would you do if you could be a girl for a day and this guy says get pounded by a man...0__o veryyy questionable.
Guys for sure have it easier. Don't have to worry about painful periods, painful birth giving experience, get paid more than women with the same experience and job. All that
I think it is easier to be a guy than a girl. I agree with some of the responses in the video. I have not been a guy and a girl, so I can't make a subjective judgement based on personal experience. However, I can make an objective judgement based on certain facts. Women tend to be victimized more often than men. For example, 90% of sexual assaults happen to women and women face discrimination in the workplace (they don't get paid as much as men for doing the same job for the same amount of time). Women have to concern themselves with periods, pregnancy, and looking attractive. In many parts of the world, guys are given more privilege than girls. Feminism and gender equality are movements that aim to help women attain equal status with men in different social institutions. I don't think there would be feminism or gender equality if guys were treated better or more fairly than girls.
Wow to say that it's easier because of pregnancy is stupid, especially when that is totally a choice, women 100% control all sex and relational power. there are 12 types of contraception methods for gals these days, us guys are still using those things that make you lose some of the feeling. Peeing standing up is silly. pregnancy periods and menopause are usually the only arguments people make and if youtube allowed more words i'd get more into detail
Marzet Price Women don't have full control of sex and relationships. Women are raped way more than men, in some parts of the world women are still seen as property of men (even in the US), contraception for women and abortion are restricted or even illegal in places, child brides etc.
