Hello my friend after the modification that I did to my scooter I feel that the scooter is no longer slowing down when going up hill but instead the speed keep increasing and that makes me happy . Thank you for watching my video my friend

@Chocolate Mandingo Hi the variator roller are 13 grams the speed I do not think is accurate the speedometer read around 65 but I do not believe the gy6 speedometer quality one of this days I will make a speed test drive with gps application

Use Loctite or similar on the treads for the clutch assembly. Use it for all the nut,s and bolt,s..

What damage can you do to your scooter by adding to much oil maybe 100ml for a couple days I do hear something that don’t sound right comin from the left center side I’d appreciate your help

Hello my friend to much oil = to much pressure inside the motor but if you put to much oil on a gy6 motor the extra oil will go to the air filter from the valve cover breather and you need a new air filter try to remove the extra oil because to much pressure can brake caskets and seals

Any good suggestions on how to get the clutch and variator of when the nuts won’t come off with an impact wrench? I tried some penetrating oil with no success. I have a strap wrench and tried that with my ratchet with no luck either. Very frustrating.

Hello my friend yes if you change the transmission to a better quality you will have a more reliable scooter and if you change the weight your performance will change unless you place the same roller weights

ok so bike starts when tdc and T are ligned up, now i have an idle issue, bike turns off after 20 seconds, i replace all parts with new even wireharness new gasket seal. need your help

virberello GY6 Scooter Tips valve clearance i set it at different numbers, i did .004-.005 and .002-.003, i dont know what number is best to use? Today i found out my air/ful mix screw was 10 turns out, i reset it to 3 turns out and the bike did stay on idle for good 10 minutes and i could rev it good then it died. Bike starts and runs, its alot of work to get it right
