Following a program that’s on paper is all well and good but if you don’t monitor the weights and efforts required and factor in heart rate to the training it’s going to be a very slow process in increasing size and strength. Every single week I would have to correct this in peoples videos. One small change and habit you can do is start making sure you are failing on your sets rather than completing each set comfortably.
