I understand what Gabby is saying Being a real artist in the field of music And if you are in contract with a particular recording company You can’t just create music according to what you truly want You have to create music according to what your company wants you to make because a particular music will sell more money But sometimes an artist lose her power of creativity when she follows the rule of her producer Now that artist becomes dis illusion Because the music that she truly wants to make she can’t make Its either she will make her own music as an independent artist without being tied with a contract At the end of the day it is her choice What will make her happier and more fulfilled and more contented . Mental illness is a condition affecting our mood our thoughts and when that changes in mood and thoughts are prolonged and it affects the functioning of a person in her daily life then that’s a wake up call to seek professional help. Wow. This is God that I ran across this. I’ve been having this conversation as a mental health advocate, writer, facilitator. Fresh Hope for mental health. Gonna pilot teen program. Writing memoir on my bipolar battle and faith. Today has been HARD. This week. Tragedy in my church. Formerly suicide.. it’s a lot. Artists are creatives and empaths and unique voices and I’m a pure heart who just wants kindness and courage and peace and MUSIC to hail from every window like sunshine… and that’s just not reality. That’s heaven. With Jesus. But if we are to bring heaven to earth, the world we live in is not built and bent around the needs and the habits and the “typical” kinda rollercoaster lifestyle and nature of the artist.
H.E.R. is what helps and pushes me to keep going and I love that she is who she is and continues to put out music that inspires and make people feel good, H.E.R. aka Fave I love you so much thank you❤❤❤

As someone diagnosed with depression, I have a passion for silence and everything it contains, like peace and and connecting with myself even when the world around me does not match the momentary serenity and good energy. Your music is a healing balm for me every single day, it really touches my soul tired of the heavy routine and calms my heart from the weight of living in suffering. Keep being genuine, true to yourself, with an endearing personality and a magnanimous character because that is what got you here in the first place. I am from India, and I know the entire story, the millions of dollars this person spends in PR would make any NGO fighting for mental health fill their 10 years operating costs. He changed his name to become Sadhguru because of his past, I won't share it here, simply Google if you want or search on RU-vid about this man. It's a shame that HER is actually collaborating with this person instead of actual mental health warriors. I really hope you research a bit about a person before supporting them. Have a good day too.

In my experiences with mental health issues it was just as Sad said I had no control over my thoughts. Once I got back in my Bible & shut off tha world I was able to get back to myself. The Bible is my user manual. God is the creator HE wrote the book on US. I let go of control and I followed my mind & heart I was able to find my way to you wife. Great dialouge. God bless 🖤✌🏿🤟🏿✨️

Thank you so much H.E.R. For sharing this conversation with us I never heard of Sadhuguru before but I’m really glad I know who he is now. I’m a musician myself and I didn’t know that 73% of musicians experienced mental health problems but I’m not surprised because I’ve had issues with it too and I’ve made improvements with it. I love your Music and I love the new song with Diddy on his Love album “Space” great song definitely can be a baby making song and it’s you going back to your H.E.R. Vol.1 and 2 period. BTW everything you put out just about is gold. Your Voice, songwriting,and musicianship top tier. Wow!
Wow i never laughed so hard at my own idiocies. The simplicity at which i, and we, make our lives difficult is so laughable, i could not stop laughing at myself. Which brought so much joy in an instant. It's so simple but we complicate our own lives so unneedlessly. Ive been living life accidentally 😂for a long time. Your music makes me happy because through you i am able to communicate what i feel. You are saying our feelings through your words because we all feel similarly. We experience similar issuses. Only thing is you have captured what we dont know how to say and have put it in songs that speak right to my soul, and all of our souls. Love you Gabby and Sadhguru.
Thing is... everything is a process. Meditation is very powerful when you find the ones you connect to. It's all energy and it takes some time to understand that and actually implement it in your daily life. From my personal experience, for me, mental Health has been an inner self healing journey. It's simple to say just do this, but to actually do it can be challenging, especially consistently. However, if you keep trying... you eventually become more consistent at meditating, self care, physical fitness (yoga) and you find balance in both worlds (Externally/Internally). I think the key is that we remain patient with ourselves and find things we resonate with. This is why music is so powerful. Music has the ability to heal and also do the opposite. Your voice heals and it's dope you shared this and allowed yourself to be open. Not many share that, doing so helps so many. That is also another thing music did, it created change. Sometimes that change happens inside and tends to make an impact outside of ourselves through life experiences. Thank you for sharing this. This was dope. Sending love and light.

LiViY, I love you so much, and I am so sorry for everything, when I lost you for life, I lost the most meaningful person i have ever known,. I will never forget you nor the impact you had on my life, for better or for worse no matter what i will always miss you, and i don't care what anyone else thinks, I've learned with you that we do not choose who we truly love because after all this time I thought I knew what loving someone really meant and if you want to know the truth, after knowing you and losing you and as much as I love you, it's really as if I never loved anyone until you. I'm sorry but I'd rather hate myself, if that's what I'm supposed to do for loving you and remember how you made me feel than to forget you because even if i tried i know that i still couldn't, its just impossible .
