I would absolutely love to see someone like Sal talk about how he uses mindset nutrition and exercise to work with people with eating disorders, especially anorexia.

I’m young and I’ve been wanting to start excerising even more so I can become stronger and help out. I didn’t know gross motor movements helped out a lot, I’ll definitely start with this. Thank you.

Gross motor movements🙌🏽 It’s interesting that soreness is perceived as doing too much. That’s mind blowing and new. Definitely yielding the guiding principles: break down, recovery, adaptation. Also, love the diet optimizing your sleep. Thanks for bringing these nuggets of greatness.
