@@cocob777 Exact.
Hage will be solid great potential. He was supposed to be top 15 even with the season he had...Full season without the tragedy could've been top 10-12 easily. He had a great 2nd half of season.
Say what you will about Patches, but he played some good seasons for us. The worst thing you can ever do to one of your pure goal scorers is to give him the C. He should have had an A at most. Being a captain adds way too much unnecessary pressure, and sadly, Patches crumbled under it. He should have just been told to concentrate on scoring.
@@CheesePlowpacioretty had a power forward build but player with similar physicality to desharnais. Had no hockey IQ, couldn’t play make, couldn’t one time the puck. He has elite speed and a good release, and Montreal moved mountains to accommodate his play style, he had no success without Gallagher or Erik Cole doing the heavy lifting. Add to that he always got all the OZ starts with desharnais’ protected minutes. He’s a stain in mtl history. Worst captain of my lifetime that started with Saku
