Excellent video! Maybe a tip if you guys want to do this more: get a gimbal camera! This completely removes all shaking. Anyway, thanks for the videos!

great job teaching man your a great coacj and thank you for your service. Just got done drilling some of this after class tonight and I'm going to for a while I think this is going to help improve my half guard and the rest of your videos is going to help.

G'day professor, love your vids...please allow me to make a suggestion. ..and believe me I'm not trying to be a dick...but if you could ensure your partner has an opposite colour gi, it would add a lot of clarity to your excellent instructionals. Like i said...no disrespect intended, i enjoy your vids heaps, but sometimes find it hard to follow re black on black with the windows behind. ..oss from oz

Adam - these were shot over several years just as an instructor reference to review if they didn't remember the techniques they had to teach that day. They weren't shot in a studio at great expense which is why I can post them for free here. Once we finish posting all of our archived material and we start shooting new stuff - the production values will be better then as we know we will be posting it. Quick question, is it better when knee sliding to keep your head up or down? I noticed you brought your head way up when doing it, but I usually see it with the head down

I skimmed through looking for lockdown half guard escapes, but didn't see any. A classmate taught me something like the tackle pass for it, which I was able to use right away in the next class. Do you recommend any other techniques for busting out of lockdown half guard?
