Halo Infinite | Season 2 Battle Pass REVEALED - Narrative Events & Improvements 

I liked the stream a lot. The transparency they give is definitely needed and the battle pass is leaps and bounds better than the last. I felt hype for Halo.

I'm so glad 343i is still moving forward and continuing to try and do right. It's slow going and that still sucks, but this fills me with hope.

This season sounds like they're making good strides for the future, especially with all the QoL changes and the like, but we really desperately need more maps and modes. All of forge's tools being at our disposal is very exciting to help alleviate that, but uncertainty of file share is kinda sussy. Here's hoping this season being 6 months is the right play for the long-term.

The interruption video in the middle of the battle pass, I saw someone theorize that will have something to do with a new personal AI in the BP, unlocked in the middle of the BP

I feel like the first substantial piece of story dlc will arrive no earlier than year 3 of Infinite's lifespan. It's cool that we get these little narrative events, but it's too bad that there's no gameplay associated with them (PvE Spartan Ops-esque missions). There might be gameplay in these narratives, but I doubt it's anything more than walking around the UNSC base and pressing buttons.

Really excited for this season. Story elements, new cores and armors, customizable outlines and so much more! It's gonna be good!

I stopped playing at one point... Since I reach lvl 100 too early on in the Season and the weekly reward is just not that attractive especially with all those challenge that simply make you hate the game I don't want to hate it so I quit and decided to come back when S2 is out right now it's really looking good and interesting !! so excited to get back to it :)

Outlines creating hyper visibility. You can see ever enemy from miles away and it’s impossible to go unnoticed. Why would anyone turn them off? Unless I can remove my own outline. They should remove enemy outlines all together!

This video was perfect imo, straight to the point, not too short or too long, if you want to do a deep dive into something I'd suggest making both a smaller and longer video.

How in the world are the cutscene animations still broken? What is so incredibly difficult about making cutscenes with proper frame pacing? That is so wildly embarrassing to still be an issue for both existing campaign cutscenes and new multiplayer cutscenes. I'm just stunned.

You know what that's not bad. I can live with Fractured cores being their own thing, then the normal stuff being cross core. Makes sense to me. Fitting the Samurai armor into the normal armor is a design nightmare

I think this stuff looks genuinely amazing but man the progression just kills me. I dont even mind the match xp not based on performance but the weekly missions is just such a horrible experience. I even want the black visor this week but i cant bring myself to re-install to painfully slog through that. Also good video again GS. Very informative

Ranked Doubles would bring a new life back to this game. It won’t survive if they are planning to string us along or make us wait for these style of Halo we all love. I get they wanna make us play all their objective games when playing ranked but at least give us back ranked doubles as an option too. I don’t get why 343 wants to basically limit the experience to this basically single stale repetitive experience for those who like to play ranked.

I honestly think people seem to forget that these are people. People with families, and lives. People who get sick, have car or family issues. Yeah Microsoft is "Corporation" but its employees are people. They're doing their best. They are obviously listening but shit takes time. Do i need to remind everyone that the Worldwide Pandemic is still a thing??? C-19 has crippled A LOT of industries both larger and smaller. If the world was running like normal I could understand the level of outrage far more. Newsflash though. Its. Not. and before any dickhead goes off on me for "defending the corporation" i literally made a point above that im talking about the very human employees. The Halo community has been in a decline in terms of toxic bs for a while now. Lets keep our community above that cesspool guys n gals. You're allowed to push and be mad, of course you are. All i ask is just a little patience and a little thought for the workers who are obviously trying.

What I hope for is the challenge system to be more lenient. If we can't select a specific gametype, it should be more generic so we can make progress as we play, and not hope RNGsus is good for us that night. If they do that, I'll probably start playing again.

Rewards look much better than Season 1, but I think it really sucks that you have to buy/own the previous pass to unlock everything rather than let players equip it for free.

I am extremely hyped for the BP. I had tons of fun through the season 1 grind and I am happy to buy the next pass on day one as well! Super glad they gave F2P players much more freedom to unlock new stuff. About that transmition, I think I heard "Signature is Jiralhanae" (species for the brutes) near the end, and it is quite suspicious that they hid tiers 50 and 51 of the Battle Paaa from us.... I guess we will have to wait until the 3rd to find out@

Sounds good, wish it came earlier. From what I hear, it's not the *current team's fault. Unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that I got bored of Infinite, and might not hop on for a while.

I'm glad that their moving away from armor cores. But I hope they keep one thing from it, and that's "armor presets". I really enjoy being able to swap between an ODST, Yorri, and Mark V cat ears Spartans without having to always redo my Spartans. I want have a whole roster of spartan to swap between.

I feel like this game could at best be another 2017 battlefront 2 at this point... It's a massive shame, I've been playing Halo since I was born practically, but I haven't really felt anything regarding the story since Reach. It feels like a cartoon shooter now, none of the stakes or blood or realism that was there with Reach and ODST. Hopefully this changes, but either way this game has been a massive disappointment after all this time.

Idk if anyone else was bothered by this or if it's just me but if you pause the video at 3:47 you can see that they are giving the 152 emblem as a backdrop as one of the battlepass rewards. Kind of sucks that once again reaching 152 emblem/armor coating is being defamed even more.
