Holy Smackerel! So excited to be adding this one to the collection. It bit of a grail for me and even better comes with a tale of collector magic.

Your enthusiasm for these older figures is infectious. I’m not sure I’d want these exact figures but definitely game for a remake. Unfortunately all the cool gimmicks would be lost. Can’t have our cake & eat it too. Thanx Ham, I’m a BW nut myself & can’t get enough of these guys.

I do enjoy having the occasional throwback figure in the mix. It's noce to know peeps enjoy em so thanks for taking the time to say so my dude. I'm not at all opposed to a loss of gimmickry in favour of better scuplts and articulation.

Polar Claw was one of those figures that was EVERYTHING to little me, and it infuriates me to no end that we didn't get an updated version of him. Great work as always.

1:07 grizzly-1 spent his stasis in a dumpster I guess. what insane finds by your friend. i hope he enjoys his time collecting bots. i wonder if hastak will do a Double Punch from this convention (not ss rotb but i love that it's the official name for that one). Oooorrrr they recolor Black Zarak into the Action Master version.

Dudeeeeeeeee! You are one of the luckiest protoforms alive, man! This set is the 'holy grail' of the original Beast Wars era that encapsulates the true (original concept) spark of the brand (i.e. the 'Mutant'-centric idea that trickles into and inevitably manifests as a distinct split personality of Cybertronian origins); plus houses a sentient partner of its own, namely Nightshriek. I have personally seen Barbearian a.k.a. Grizzly-1 and his partner in crime only once before. (And being a long-time BW fan who owns countless figures, that's saying a lot!) Please take care of this precious toy, my bro. This is... rare 'plastic gold'... ✨️ PS. I myself am the proud owner of the original 'Bio-Combat' packaged Polar Claw & Robo-Bat [hot (cold?) from the UK] as well as a BWII Survive (from Japan). While this initial BotCon figure uses the same general paint map layout as the original, the Takara redeco (with True Paw) blows both of them out of the water (just look at the cleverly highlighted paint that oucks out all the details, mate)! You stay awesome, my bro. (And please insure these toys A.S.A.P.!) 😅

Congrats on getting Barbearian man, I just got Big Convoy which is one of my grail figures (still need to find a metals Ravage 😂). Hope they do a new Polar Claw soon and all the repaints, maybe even Pandatron lol.

I'm so sure they'll have to get to him eventually right? There are only so many times they can do a new hotrod. It's defs gonna stay in my head too. And of course thank you once again for the hook up!
