An example of the dynamic soundtrack system with Hammer Time. All credit goes to Richard Beddow and all other composers & musicians for creating this epic soundtrack.
From what i've heard, they are actually available - at Warhammer World in Nottingham, England, at the GW HQ. Apparently GW has the rights to the soundtrack as well.
@234 Eh? I haven't seen many comments I've disagreed with as much as this one- try listening to Dragonflame Dynamic, The Fallen Gates, some of the Vampire Counts battle music, etc. Amazing music. Gets the blood pumping.
"we may be dressed like clowns, we may be carrying toothpicks as weapons, we may not have hulking monstrosities or fancy Armor and we may be puny compared to the horrors of the north but we have this badass, epic soundtrack......and rockets...lots and lots of rockets!" Karl Franz in an Interview with the Reikland Times!
Bro no offense to your tastes but these guys are wearing close to actual real late Medieval clothing. This would be some fine quality gear brother and very good fashion! Or you could dress in rotten rags scrap metal like the greenskins.
@@CeeUNextTimeMedia first, none taken :) and second, yeah I guess ultimately its a question of taste but you must admit that compared to medieval knights or Japanese Samurai Armors, let alone Chaos Warriors in Warhammer Universe, these guys do look a little more ....whats the word Im looking for...."en vogue"? I know unlike the other races, the empire in Warhammer is quite close to real life gear. For example the Landsknects. However, even in real life their attire was very colorful and flamboyant and that does cause some to make fun of it since they often look like Paradise Birds or Clowns for that matter....hence "look like clowns".
This music really give me the strength to not push that damn escape key and concede. As long as the captain and the troops are still in the field then the Empire will endure. Taste *G O L D M A G I C*
This playing while defending my home as Balthasar gelt, artillery pouring down on the chaos invaders, one of the greatest feelings I experienced on this game.
Climax of the song hits, artillery going off, and give a move order for Gelt and you get “I AM SUPREMEEEEE” as he drops molten lead from the skies. Peak warhammer. Love Gelt.
love the bits that starts from 2:09 and 2:41, always pops up during the pitched moments where I get overpowered by the enemies, makes these close calls intense and memorable.
If I remember correctly, 2:09 is one of the stems that trigger when casting a vortex/bombardment spell and 2:41 is one that triggers when your unit(s) start routing.
@@peacheslamb3546 Oh shit, is there somewhere where I can look up what causes all the flourishes to trigger? If not, think you could put them in the vid descriptions?
Sorry, you forget the soundtrack of medevial 2 total war. I think use the track" Death lullaby for the battle" with Estalia and "Mare nostrume with Talea.
Legions of the West, amazing! In my case, I really like Thrones of Britannia soundtrack "The Last Stand" is super epic and I also like the song "Thrones Of Britannia" (but I have to admit that I like celtic music so it's probably for that).
I've stopped playing the Empire after having played them for hundreds of hours. They are still my favorite faction but it got boring and I wanted to try new things. But today, this came up in my recommendations, and damn it, now I want to play the Empire again. FOR FRANZ!
Peaches Lamb Looking forward to them! By the way, how did you manage to record without all the other in game sounds and voices? I don't think I've seen a mute option, only to turn them down really low.
Shieet, if only I'd known about that. Is there any other hotkey for removing everything but sound effects like unit chants, battlecries, etc.? Probably not, but a man can hope.
Howler452 Lorewise most Orders of Magic in the empire don’t send their wizards into frontline combat with the exception of the Bright Wizards (aqshy) and those of Ghur (beast)
